Ingredients of Diet Mat paratha
- It's 2 cup of multigrain flour.
- It's 1 cup of spinch puree(boil palak, grind into thin consistency puree).
- You need 1 cup of carrot puree(boil orange carrot pieces and grind into puree).
- You need 2 drops of orange natural food colour (optional).
- It's 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 4 tsp of oil.

- Mix multigrain flour and salt. divide into two parts..
- To first part of the flour, mix palak puree and Knead properly similarly to second part mix carrot puree and add orange food colour and Knead into soft dough..
- Now take a small part from palak dough, roll it out in circular shape using rolling pin, cut it into long strips using knife.
- Similarly using orange dough, make circular shape roti, cut it into strips (at one end strips should be joined).
- Now weave green strips through orange strips like mat..
- Repeat the process till complete roti is weaved using both colour strips..
- Now heat the non stick pan on medium flame, place mat paratha on it, cook for 1 min,apply oil, turn it to another side, again apply oil and cook for another minute..
- Diet Mat paratha is ready, serve with favourite curry..
