  1. It's 50 grms of basmati rice (hlf cup).
  2. You need 2 tsp of ghee.
  3. It's 2 of cloves, 1cardomom, a piece of cinnamon.
  4. It's 1 of bay leaf, kaju, kismis.
  5. You need 1 of dried red chilli.
  6. You need of Veggies : Mushroom, Peas, Paneer n half onion cut up.
  7. Prepare of Salt, sugar, turmeric as per taste.

  1. Put 1 to 2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan & fry all the veggies including onion till they becomes tender..
  2. Now in a cooker, add 1 tsp of ghee, add all the spices, put d dry fruits into it, fry it 4 sum time. Now add d rice & fry it till the rice changes its colour from translucent to pure white..
  3. Now for 50 gms or half cup of rice, you need 1.2 cup of water. Just add it & add salt, turmeric, 1 tsp of sugar & mix all the veggies together & cover the lid of d pressure cooker. In a high flame, put 2 whistles & keep it in a low flame for 5 mins. Serve hot with raita of your choice...😊😊.
